Meet Your Mentor

Jerriah Marie (She/Her)

Birthworker, Perinatal Educator, Nonprofit Founder

Jerriah began her career in birth work in 2015, where she cross-served as a doula, prenatal yoga instructor, and herbalist to families she served. Hearing from clients and witnessing the many benefits of the complete prenatal care model she delivered, drove her to make this holistic, perinatal care, accessible for black and brown families.

Since beginning her career in 2015, Jerriah has also founded the organization Snuggle House Foundation, a nonprofit collaborative dedicated to advancing black perinatal health for black and brown families through education, advocacy, shared resources, and support.

Jerriah is excited to support both new and seasoned birth professionals on their journey by offering mentorship to those looking for more guidance. Centering education, best support practices, and the uncovering of individual talents/offerings at the core of her mentorship program!
